To promote energy efficiency within the borough, Warrington Borough Councils, Urban Renewal, Energy Team, will be giving out a limited number of energy saver light bulbs, one per household while stocks last to homes in Warrington Event Energy House 21, 302 Manchester Rd, Date 15th & 16th Feb 2003 Time 10am to 12 noon

In order to meet the requirments of our residents, the Energy House 21 project is to extend it's opening hours over winter. £200 Cash Towards Your Winter Fuel Bills 26/09/2002 >

Winter Fuel Payments 2002 If you will be 60 or over on or before 22 September 2002, you could be eligible for a Winter Fuel Payment of up to £200 from the Government. You will be paid automatically if you received a payment last year and your circumstances have not changed. You may also be paid automatically if we have identified you as being eligible for a payment for the first time this year. Some people, however, will need to claim.
